Will I get a full refund if I return my item?


Upon returning your item you have the option to choose between receiving the same product in a different size or getting a refund on your item. Indicate your preference on the ‘Return Form’ and we will process your request accordingly.

Should you prefer to be refunded, we will do so through your original payment method upon placing your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded when returning items.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days until your refund reaches your bank account.  



What are the terms of your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, you are in your right to return the product and choose one of the following options:

- Get a refund

- Receive the same item in a different size

- Exchange your item for a different item from our shop

In any case we will make sure to keep you updated about the specific process of your preference. In case you have chosen to receive a new size or item, we will work with our shipping provider to send you a tracking code to follow your package. 

Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Meaning that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt; the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags should be intact.  

The right of withdrawal will not be restricted by the return/exchange requirements.
